3. Discovery Calls & Consultations

Projects may begin with:

  • discovery calls
  • consultations
  • strategy discussions

These sessions are intended to:

  • understand project goals
  • evaluate compatibility
  • define expectations and scope
  • discuss timelines and deliverables

Consultations do not establish a formal client relationship.

A project officially begins only after:

  • written confirmation
  • accepted proposal

  • or approved platform contract (Fiverr/Upwork)

4. Payments

Payments may be processed through:

  • direct invoices
  • Fiverr
  • Upwork
  • or other approved payment methods

For direct projects, NAF Agency may require:

  • upfront deposits
  • milestone payments
  • or full payment before delivery depending on project type and scope.

Projects conducted through third-party freelance platforms are also subject to the policies and payment systems of those platforms.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of NAF Agency.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • project progress
  • completed work
  • delivered assets
  • communication history
  • agreed scope
  • platform-specific policies

NAF Agency reserves the right to refuse refund requests where work has already been substantially completed or delivered.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the originally agreed project scope are generally included.

However:

  • excessive revisions
  • repeated redesign requests
  • or changes outside the original scope

may require:

  • additional fees
  • revised timelines
  • or a separate agreement.

Requests that significantly alter the original direction or scope of the project may be treated as new work.

7. Scope of Work

Project scope is defined through:

  • proposals
  • written agreements
  • platform contracts
  • or approved discussions.

Any requests outside the agreed scope may:

  • require additional costs
  • extend project timelines
  • require a revised agreement.

This helps maintain clarity, workflow efficiency, and realistic expectations for both parties.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • submit required materials and content
  • communicate feedback clearly
  • respond within reasonable timeframes
  • provide approvals necessary for project progress

Clients acknowledge that delays caused by missing materials, incomplete information, delayed approvals, communication gaps, or other client-side factors may impact project timelines and delivery schedules.

NAF Agency shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from client actions, lack of responsiveness, or failure to provide required materials in a timely manner.

9. Timelines & Delivery

Estimated timelines are based on:

  • project complexity
  • scope
  • responsiveness
  • availability of required materials

Delivery timelines may be adjusted if delays occur due to:

  • client-side communication delays
  • missing assets or materials
  • revision requests
  • expanded project scope
  • technical or external factors

Estimated timelines should be considered approximate and may vary depending on project complexity and external circumstances.

NAF Agency is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or limitations caused by:

  • third-party platforms
  • external services
  • technical outages
  • hosting providers
  • software conflicts
  • payment processors
  • social media platforms
  • algorithm changes
  • or circumstances outside reasonable control.

NAF Agency will make reasonable efforts to communicate timeline updates when necessary.

10. Inactive Projects

Projects that remain inactive due to lack of communication, delayed approvals, or missing client materials for more than 30 days may be:

  • paused
  • archived
  • or rescheduled.

NAF Agency reserves the right to close inactive projects after prolonged periods of inactivity.

Restarting paused or archived projects may require:

  • revised timelines
  • updated pricing
  • or a new agreement.

Availability for resumed work is not guaranteed and may depend on current scheduling and workload.

11. Communication

Official project communication should occur through approved channels such as:

  • email
  • Fiverr messaging
  • Upwork messaging
  • scheduled video or voice calls

To maintain organization and efficiency:

  • communication may be limited to business hours
  • response times may vary depending on workload and project stage

12. Rush Projects

Urgent or expedited requests may:

  • be declined
  • require adjusted timelines
  • or incur additional rush fees.

  • advertising budgets
  • audience behavior
  • client implementation
  • external factors outside agency control

Any examples, projections, or case studies presented are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
