The Story Behind
NAF Agency
Hi, I'm Ana
I created NAF Agency because I wanted to bring an entrepreneurial perspective to branding and marketing.
As an entrepreneur, you know that every decision has a cost and every opportunity comes with trade-offs. This is why every investment of time, money, and effort should contribute to moving the business forward. That way of thinking shapes the way I approach every project.
When you work with NAF Agency, you’re working with someone who understands that branding and marketing decisions are also business decisions. They influence where resources are invested, what deserves priority, and how the business grows over time. Every recommendation, every strategy, and every solution is considered not only for how well it works from a branding and marketing perspective, but also for the value it creates for your business.
How It All Started
I started as an entrepreneur who wanted to better understand how businesses grow, how brands are built, and how marketing creates value. Along the way, I realized three things:
- Great products and services aren’t always enough. Businesses also need a strong brand, effective marketing, and a digital presence that reflects the value they create.
- Many businesses invest in the wrong things. They follow trends that don’t fit their positioning, spend money on marketing that doesn’t support their goals, and prioritize quantity over quality.
- Creativity alone doesn’t create value. The most effective ideas aren’t always the most complex or the most impressive. They are the ones that solve the right problem, support the business behind them, and help move it closer to its goals.
These experiences shaped the way I see branding and marketing today. They taught me that the strongest results don’t come from doing more, but from knowing where to invest resources.
How It's Going Today
Today, I create custom websites using the same business-first approach.
To me, a website is more than a digital presence. It’s where people experience your business, form their first impression, build trust, and decide whether they want to take the next step.
That’s why websites became the focus of NAF Agency. They bring together business strategy, branding, and marketing in one place, making them one of the most valuable assets a company can invest in.
Because a website represents the business behind it, every project starts with a deep understanding of its goals, its customers, its positioning, and what makes it different. From there, every decision, from structure and content to design and functionality, is made with the sole purpose of creating a website that drives business growth.
To ensure all of these are achieved, I developed a four-pillar approach that guides every decision.
The 4-Pillar Approach
Every project is guided by four principles that ensure every decision supports the business behind it.
01
Business Goals
Every website must be built around the business objectives. Whether that’s generating leads, selling products, building credibility, or educating customers, every page should have a reason to exist.
02
Brand Alignment
A website should feel like a natural extension of your brand. Every visual element, message, and interaction should reinforce who you are and what makes you unique.
03
User Experience
Visitors shouldn’t have to figure things out. A great website feels intuitive, making it easy for people to find information, take action, and enjoy the experience.
04
Performance & SEO Foundation
A website must be fast, responsive, technically sound, and built for long-term visibility. Performance isn’t an afterthought. It’s part of the foundation.
When these four work together, the result isn’t just a website. It’s a tool that actively supports your business.
Who I Work With
I enjoy working with startups, personal brands, and small to medium-sized businesses that love what they do, take pride in their craft, and genuinely care about their customers.
Whether we’re creating a new website or improving an existing one, my role is to bring clarity, challenge ideas when needed, and create something that genuinely supports the business.
